Entry product

The Fundraising Tech Pack.

Two weeks. From £2,500, fixed in writing before we start. Everything an investor needs to believe the product can be built, and a named technical partner ready to build it when the round closes.

Who it is for

Founders who can explain the market in their sleep, and freeze at the technical slide.

You are raising a pre-seed or seed round. The market story is strong. Then an investor asks: who is building this, what will it cost, how long will it take, and what happens with the data? The answers you have are guesses, and it shows.

The Tech Pack replaces the guesses with a scoped first release, a real architecture, a cost range with the assumptions attached, a prototype they can click, and a letter from us saying we will build it. It also works if you are choosing between build partners and want the scope done before anyone quotes.

What it does not do: promise funding, or replace your deck. It removes the technical question from the investor's list.

What you get

Five deliverables. All yours to keep.

  1. First-release scopeWhat ships first, what waits, and why. Written so a non-technical reader and an engineer both agree on what it means.
  2. Architecture and compliance notesHow it is built, where data lives, which regulation touches it (GDPR, sector rules), and what that means for hosting and cost.
  3. Build cost range and timelineA range with the assumptions that move it, not a single number you will be held to. Useful for your use-of-funds slide.
  4. Clickable prototype of the core journeyThe screens an investor will click through: the one job your product does, from start to result. Not a full design system.
  5. Technical partner letterA letter naming Pixelperinches as your technical partner once the round closes, with the track we would build on. Investors like to see that the team is already chosen.

Two weeks

How the fortnight runs.

You need to give us roughly three hours of your time across the two weeks, plus access to anything that already exists.

  1. Days 1 to 2Kickoff call. You walk us through the market, the customer, and the job the product does. We collect what exists.
  2. Days 3 to 6First-release scope and architecture drafts. Compliance review for your sector and hosting region.
  3. Days 7 to 10Prototype of the core journey. Cost model with assumptions. A short check-in call.
  4. Days 11 to 13Review session. Revisions to scope, prototype and numbers based on what you push back on.
  5. Day 14Final pack delivered, technical partner letter signed, recommended track written down.

Price

From £2,500. Fixed before we start.

Most packs land between £2,500 and £4,500. A single-workflow B2B tool sits at the bottom of that range. A marketplace with payments, or a product that handles health or financial data, sits at the top. You get the exact number on the call, in writing, before you decide.

For context, a first commercial release on Paid Build typically runs £40k to £100k. The pack tells you, and your investors, where in that range yours falls and why.

If you go on to build with us on any track, the Tech Pack fee is credited to the build.

The pack is paid work with a defined output. It is not a free consultation with a document attached.

Start with a short call.

Tell us where the round is and what the product does. We will quote the pack and say whether it is the right first step.
